SB 557 - This act mandates review of some state contracts by
the Attorney General. State contracts that relate to certain tax
credits, industrial development, urban redevelopment, and
certain contracts with the Department of Economic Development or
the State Transportation Department must be reviewed by the
Attorney General prior to finalization. The Attorney General has
10 days to review and approve of the contract.
